Message from the Chairperson

Nepal PhD Association (NPA) is an organization that brings the scholars holding PhD degree under a single umbrella. It mainly aims to generate and communicate scientific knowledge locally and globally and take actions towards solving socio-economic and environmental problems. Established in 2008, this is 'One-Stop-Expert-Centre' to acknowledge and recognize each PhD holders with their respective field of specialization. It is a non-profit and non-political organization, formed to advance academic excellence and spearhead development discourses with innovative ideas generated from multi-disciplinary consultative process. The NPA provides a platform not only for the PhD holders, but also to various stakeholders in networking beyond the academic disciplines and professions.

NPA continues to offer highest quality in professional networking, discussions, research studies and interactions. In addition, NPA forms strategic alliances with public, private and cooperative sectors and other agencies to pursue mutual benefits of knowledge, expertise or intellectual properties. NPA provides a platform for scientific knowledge blended with the behavioural skills for the overall benefit of the community at large.

I, on behalf of Executive Committee (2022-2024) would like to welcome all individuals with recognized PhD /Doctorate certificate duly endorsed by the Nepalese Authority to join NPA and its wonderful network of "Unity in Diversity."

As the last of the teens of this century comes to an end, I take this opportunity to thank you all for your support, cooperation, collaboration and consortium to work for the socio-economic prosperity and to achieve sustainable goals. In addition, I would like to announce that we are ready to work with you all for the betterment of the society and prosperity of the country!
