Introduction

Nepal is at the crossroads to modernity and has been faced with problems of the omission of integrative approach on development programs in each sector. Therefore, as an organization NPA could be a proper forum to play the role of an intellectual watchdog in order to identify and bridge intellectual gap for development plans and their implementations, and could contribute the skills of concerned groups or authorities for national building process. 
 

Nepal PhD Association requires possessing an intellectual environment where PhD holders on varied disciplines can come together with their innovative ideas and opinions for contributing towards minimizing the problems faced by the people. NPA believes in values of good governance, human rights and equal distribution of resources which are the key factors for poverty reduction to ensure the peace and security of the country. We also believe that the voice of an individual rose through the democratic way need to be included in decision making process in order to craft social, environmental and economic reforms.
